I'm a complete noob when it comes to the technical aspects of websites, but HostGator's CPanel is so easy to use, their online chat customer service is knowledgeable and quick to respond (at least, they were when I was confused on how to add add-on domains). I've never had a problem with my servers being down or what have you. Reasonable price. And best of all? They use Fantastico to automatically install WordPress for you (and even have a 1 click upgrade when WordPress has a new version available). I've only used one other host before, and HostGator beats the pants off them.<p class='reviewerrating'>Reviewer Rating: 10 I. Love. HostGator.

I have about 15 sites (small ish) hosted and pay a low monthly fee of about $25, I've never had any problems with uptime and the live customer support is great if I ever run into any problems.
