I've been with them for 5 years now and last evening was the first time my server went down. It went down around 11pm right before I was about to hit the sack. I'm unsure exactly when it came back up. I have had about 3 or 4 other minor problems over the past 5 years, all fixed rather quickly. Always had a reply, and often a resolution, within 1 day. The only other time I've needed to contact them was to request being put on a server that uses PHP5. They had it done within a couple hours of my request. And I have the cheapest package you can get from them. I find that impressive. I don't visit their forums too often, but there is a surprisingly large community there. Lots of webdesign contests and whatnot.
